Basic Skate Party During Public Session

Private Party Room Package

• Private Party Room Package- $269 + tax

• Reservation of Private Party Room For 20 Guests

• Regular Skate Rental & Admission for 20 Guests

• Table Setting for 20 Guests

• Birthday Mention and One Free Silver Wheel Skating Pass

• Glow Party upgrade option available for this package at an additional $80 (includes blacklight room lighting, glow in the dark plates and utensils for 20, glow necklaces & accessories for 20). Each additional skater/table setting for the Glow Party upgrade is $15.

This party package is for 2.5 hours during public skating sessions. It includes admission/regular skate rentals , use of the private party room, and complete table settings (plates/forks/napkins/cups/tablecloths) for 20 guests. Rollerblades and skatemates are not included, but are available for an extra charge. Each additional skater/table setting is $10. The guest of honor will receive a free Silver Wheel skating pass to use at a later date.

*Does not include a party host, food, or drinks. Cakes or cupcakes are permitted, but no other outside food or drinks are allowed. Concession item packages are available at an additional charge. Please inquire about these at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to be paid in person within 24 hours after the reservation is made. Party booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

1.5 Hour Weekend Complete Private Party

• Weekend/Holiday Complete Private Party- $399 + tax

• 1½ Hour Facility & Skate Rental for 40 Skaters

• Birthday Mention

• One Free Silver Wheel Skating Pass

• *BYOB available for additional $75 for any complete private party

This party package includes use of the entire establishment and regular skate rental for your attendees, up to 40 people, for the time duration of 1½ hours. Each additional skater is $8 per person. The guest of honor will receive a birthday mention, and one free Silver Wheel skating pass to use at a later date. You may choose the genre of music you would like played during your party. 

*Price does not include table settings, but they are available for an additional fee. Cakes and cupcakes are permitted, however, any other type of food brought in would require advance notice and $50 food fee. No outside drinks allowed, but pitchers of drinks are available for purchase. Concession item and table set up packages are available at an additional charge. Please inquire about this at the time of booking. You will be allowed in the building no earlier than 5 minutes before your party begins. If you would like to add additional hours, the cost would be $200 per additional hour. As with all of our party packages, there is a $150 non-refundable deposit required to be paid in person within 24 hours of the booking, with the remaining balance to be paid the day of the party. BYOB is available only for complete private parties, and requires additional waiver signature.

Frequently Asked Party Questions & Reminders

• All party package table times are STRICTLY enforced due to tight scheduling. You must clear your party table at designated time.

• Skate trainers are not included in party packages and are available to rent for $5 each.

• For all of our patry packages, skating is unlimited for & your guests during the session time, on the day of your party. No in & out allowed. 

• Parents are of no charge to just come in & observe. However, everyone who is NOT a parent (this includes ALL ages from walkers to teens to early adults) must be a part of a party or at least pay the admission at the door to come into the building.

• No outside drinks for any packages allowed. Food may only be brought in with specified party packages.

• Concession items packages are available for additional fees. No Exceptions.

• You may not bring in a cake, cupcakes, or other birthday related items without previously booking a party package.

• The birthday child is accounted for in the number of guests listed in each party package.

• There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking for all packages, with the exception of the "Basic Party Package”. The full amount of that package is due at the time of booking. All deposits go toward the final party bill totals, and serves to secure your reservation in our limited capacity of available booking. The remaining balance will be paid the day of the party.

• The deposit must be made in person. Once the deposit is made in person, then and only then is the party completely booked.

• You can add on a personal Glow Set to any party package for an additional fee.
